i mean, it was okay overall, but I expected a bit more for what it cost. Nothing was terrible, but it still felt overpriced to me...

I ended up waiting longer than I expected for my refund, and the replies were slower than they should’ve been. It did eventually get sorted, but the whole process felt more frustrating than necessary. I get that delays happen, but there should be clearer updates and some accountability when customers are left waiting. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either

I ordered a medium and it fits more like an extra small. Its frustrating because I was expecting my usual size to work, but this just doesnt fit right at all.

When they finally replied, it felt like they barely read what I wrote and the problem still wasn’t fixed. I had to follow up four more times, i was just mentally drained by the whole thing. I still felt ignored in the end, and I’m really not happy with how it was handled.

The steps were clear enough to follow, though I did have to wait a bit for support to get back to me!!! Once they replied, they sent over the info I needed, and I shipped the item back without any real issues!!!

I’d say it’s fine if you’re not in a rush, but yeah, there’s definitely some room for improvement.

I ordered from Eli Adam i was let down. The fabric feels really thin and a bit rough, definitely not how it looked in the photos. After just one wash, it already started looking worn and lost its shape a little. For the price, I really thought the quality would be better.

When my order showed up, the box was completely crushed and there was hardly any padding inside. To me, it looked like everything had been bouncing around during shipping because the items were all messy and knocked out of place. Maybe the product itself is fine, but the way it was packed definitely didn’t leave a great impression. it was frustrating and not really what I expected
